About
MoviesML fosters an engaging environment to learn coding concepts based on what students want to learn as opposed to concepts taught in classes. We're creating a collaborative student-run space for coding projects and independent research focused on the film industry. After club members agree on a movie to watch and enjoy, we then create a machine learning project relating to concepts throughout the film. After working together to create an outcome, it's later organized for presentation and uploaded to our "Projects" section. Feel free to check them out!

Jessica here! I'm a Junior at George Mason University pursuing a degree in Data Science. Throughout college, I've self-taught and created data projects related to Mr. Beast's Youtube analytics, a friend's Letterbox history, and what the most affordable vegan makeup brand is (it's e.l.f.).

Hey! I'm Jimena, a Sophomore at George Mason University pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Although my short coding experience started at Mason, I've made it a priority to learn and develop my skills while balancing hobbies including various types of art. Considering that MoviesML combines these ideas too, I joined to support the process of creating projects in creative and innovative ways.
